Asian Paints' annual Colour Next forecast translated into five animated short films, released at India Design ID 2020. The Colour of the Year was Curiosity; the four supporting trends — Sonic, Potent, Blend, Mystique — each built as its own visual world, in its own animation language.

The work pulled together 22 artists across India, the UK, Spain, the US and Sweden. Five films, full series, produced in a month — well below standard animation timelines at that scale.
